Ryan McChesney, LCMHC, PMH-C
I value authenticity and genuine connection, and I believe that healing and growth happen when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
In our work together, you can expect direct and collaborative feedback and goal setting, openness, honest reflections, and a safe space to explore your experiences. My approach is active, compassionate, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and real-life understanding.
With specialized training in sport and health psychology and perinatal mental health (and as a mom of three), I’m especially dedicated to working with new parents through a performance lens. Parenthood is one of the most physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding transitions we face—and it deserves recognition and a thoughtful, specialized approach. Whether you’re navigating the early days postpartum, adjusting to a new identity, or coping with anxiety, overwhelm, or grief, I’m here to help you feel more grounded and empowered.
It takes a village, and I’d love to be a small part of yours!
