Individual Therapy

The transition to parenthood can bring joy, uncertainty, anxiety, and major changes to your identity, relationships, and daily life. Individual therapy offers a supportive space for expecting and new parents to process these changes, manage stress and anxiety, navigate the mental load of parenting, and reconnect with themselves.

As a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I provide warm, collaborative individual therapy for parents throughout North Carolina and Illinois. Whether you are preparing for a baby, adjusting to postpartum life, or struggling to balance parenthood with work and other responsibilities, therapy can help you feel more supported, grounded, and confident in this new chapter.

I am in-network with BCBS PPO, Aetna, and Aetna SHP. I am also happy to discuss out of network and self-pay rates.
